The objective was for ICBC operations team to learn about Scrum and agile methodologies. We applied playful dynamics in which they discovered the principles and values of this framework.

In this training we were able to explain the basic elements of agile methodologies, through lectures and explanatory videos, focusing on the principles of Scrum and the capacity for innovation through exercises and techniques in which participants learned new mechanisms, not only to solve what they had to do but also to understand why they had to do it.
